Rob has been our pastor since 2005. Rob and Margaret live in Goshen and Margaret is an adoption case worker with Nightlife. Rob is originally from New York and Margaret is from Virginia. They came to Louisville in 2002 from Macon, Georgia.
Before CCG Rob served as Executive Administrator of a church in Macon, and previously in lay roles in churches in Atlanta. Rob was previously in corporate banking and private business until called ministry. He is a graduate of Southern Seminary in Louisville, with a focus on Counseling and Soul Care. His undergraduate from St. Bonaventure is in Finance and Management. He has served as Moderator of the Long Run Baptist Association, and on the Boards of: KBC Mission Board, Louisville Rescue Mission (past president), Practical Shepherding, and GuideStone Financial Resources. Rob enjoys travel, snow skiing in Colorado, and riding Leonard (you'll have to ask).

Associate Pastor / Elder
Josh leads worship, student ministries and missions with great energy and love. He graduated with his M.Div. from Southern Seminary, and with Natalie his bride, has a passion for advancing the gospel around the world.
Prior to Louisville, Josh served as the Youth Pastor at Pine Forest Baptist Church in Macon, GA. Josh is a native of Forsyth, GA, and graduated from Georgia College and State University (BBA). Natalie grew up in Warner Robins, GA, attended Wesleyan College, and is a fantastic hairstylist. They have four boys, Isaac, Gabe, Levi and Thad. They enjoy hanging out with students, drinking good coffee, exercising, watching movies, traveling, experiencing different cultures, and having people in their home.
Charles Halton is an Assistant Professor in Classics and Biblical Languages at Houston Baptist University. He and his wife, Lori, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Grey, as well as cooking, traveling, and reading.
Ministry & Business Administrator
Rita serves as our administrative and ministry assistant. A native Kentuckian, she is a graduate of Jefferson Community College, with a degree in Business Management. She is married to Robbie and they have two grown sons, Will and Scott. Robbie is project manager of hospital construction for Kindred Healthcare and enjoys fishing, camping and golf. Rita enjoys quilting, reading, walking, landscaping and gardening.
